Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the xclusiv.wix.com/gift website and services rendered by Xclusiv Gift Services(‘we’, ‘us’). PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED TO PURCHASE/USE XCLUSIV GIFT SERVICES UNTIL YOU (THE ‘CLIENT’) HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you have any queries, please contact us
1. Xclusiv Gift Service Packages:
A. Xclusiv Bronze-Concepts – this service provides gift ideas only.
B. Xclusiv Silver-Complete – full gift service that includes search, selection, ordering and delivery of gifts.
C. Xclusiv Gold-Annual Subscription – for an up-front fee, we provide the client either the Xclusiv Silver-Complete or Xclusiv Bronze-Concepts service for a 12-month period for a pre-designated number of recipients.
2. Fees
Xclusiv Gift services are designed to meet the individual needs of the client. An estimate of fees will be made available to the client (after he has selected and confirmed the type of package), who upon approval, will make the payments as directed before the commencement of a project. The client is also fully responsible for all direct costs associated with the ordering, shipping, handling and delivery of goods.

3. Payment schedule
For Xclusiv Bronze ,100% of fee is payable at time of acceptance.
For Xclusiv Silver, 90% of fee is due at time of selection and confirmation, with the remaining 10% (plus all direct costs) to be paid in full prior to delivering.
For Xclusiv Gold,a subscription fee is payable on an agreed start date of a 12-month gift cycle. Within the 12-month period, the client will be charged for only the direct costs associated with the procurement of the gift.
All payments to Xclusiv Gift Services are to be made via the stated means. Every necessary detail will be provided together with the estimate.
4. Shipping and Delivery
The client is solely responsible for all shipping and delivery charges.
5. Product Liability
Where Xclusiv Gift Service’s liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the service fees rendered by Xclusiv Gift Service.
6. Product Availability/Out of Stocks
Due to the nature of the service, the suppliers may not have large inventories. Therefore, Xclusiv Gift Service cannot guarantee the availability of stock at the actual time of purchase. Therefore should product not be available upon purchasing,Xclusiv Gift Service is happy to work with the client in selecting another alternative.
7. Cancellations/Exchanges
For Xclusiv Silver, Xclusiv Gift Service understands that the client may change his/her mind on gift selection. Xclusiv Gift Service will work with the client in these circumstances as long as the purchase has not been made. Should the client decide to cancel the service prior to purchase, the client will be reimbursed the full amount for the direct costs of goods and will be charged a penalty. For purchases that have already been made, Xclusiv Gift Service cannot change or cancel the service.
A PHYSICAL CLIENT WILL BE MADE TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT TO THE TERM AND CONDITION FORM BEFORE ANY TRANSACTION WILL TAKE PLACE.
